I need to head off but I’ve been inspired by others to update. I’m taking the kids to the discovery center in the morning and I need to get bags packed, diaper laundry switched and myself to bed at a reasonable time. When Ruth & Mel were here, we went up Makapu’u trail to the lighthouse. It was a beautiful hike. As we sat down for a break, I learned why they call it the Windward side of the island!
