HUH?!
I usually feel somewhat hip in the area of computers. But I don’t know what a couple of these widgets are that WP offers nor how to use them. I could take the time to read up on ‘em but thought I’d post here and see if anyone can just tell me instead of making me work.
‘Meta’? ‘RSS’ feed? ‘del.icio.us’?

An RSS feed is a way for people to catch up with your blog without actually visiting your site. It’s kind of a BlogRolling list but all in one place. You can enable RSS feeds so that people can read your latest entry [either the full text or just snippets]. As far as how to enable that, I’m not entirely sure. Maybe you can play around with your settings in WP? “Meta” ~ aren’t those the codes in your source code that block “robots” and display text when people do a Google search [and stuff like that?]. If you click on the link in my comment, you’ll see a site that gives information. Hope that helps!
If you figure out a way to post RSS feeds from other sites to your site, please let me know. I did one, adding feed at the end of the url, and this worked. I did the others exactly the same way, and they don’t work!
