I’m Hip, I’m Cool….or maybe not

So, I decide to get hip and use our MP3 player.  Jim had it in Iraq and, since he’s been home, I just haven’t thought about actually using it.  So I pull up iTunes today and start downloading.  I was telling Jim I was finally hip LOL when he pointed out to me that maybe I really wasn’t as I was busy downloading podcasts from NPR, one on the history of the Byzantine empire and was searching for language podcasts.  LOL  Okay, so maybe I’m not hip or cool but I’m more well-versed in geeky stuff than many people.  So does THAT make me hip or cool?! :D   I had NO idea how many talk-radio podcasts were out there!!  I’ve subsribed to several NPR ones and some parenting ones so far.

    Oh Man… You sound like my dh ;) We’ll be in bed and instead of a song, talking will come on (I got him a clock radio that houses his Ipod)… he has a bunch of podcasts on his too!!! geeks ;)
