Life’s a Dance

I’m still alive…just haven’t made it over here lately.  I got back last weekend from a trip to Indiana (I’ll write about it in another post).  And last week was incredibly busy.  But now I’m in for a long weekend.  If Elizabeth has a good morning (she’s been a bit of a bear the last two days), we’re going out to lunch today.  At FAMOUS DAVE’S!!! I LOVE FD.  When we left Chicago, I knew that would be one place that I’d really miss.  And I have.  To my utter delight, I saw they were opening one a few months ago.  It opened about a month ago and we’ve gone once.  And I am SO hoping E has a good morning so we can go again!!  Beef brisket….baked potato….corn muffins….YUM!

E is suposed to get 9 month pictures taken tomorrow.  But I’m thinking I might reschedule.  When she’s falling asleep, she scratches her face & head.  Usually it doesn’t break the skin but this week it did.  And not just once–two (large) ones on one eye, in her ear, in her nose & on top of her nose!  Doesn’t matter how short I keep her nails, she still manages to do it.  So now she has these lovely bloody spots on her face.

And, speaking of E, I need to run.  We’re late getting up today and I need to go get some breakfast in the two of us.
